2.Umgaqo Wokusebenza

II. Ukuhlelwa kweePDM

1. Ngoyilo

I-Single-Lobe PDM (uqwalaselo lwe-1:2): Isantya esiphezulu, i-torque ephantsi (umz., yokubhoboza ngemingxunya emincinci).

I-Multi-Lobe PDM (umz., uqwalaselo lwe-5:6): Isantya esiphantsi, i-torque ephezulu (umz., kwiibhithi ezinkulu okanye ii-hard formations).

2. Ngesicelo

I-PDM esemgangathweni: Isetyenziswa kwimithombo ethe nkqo okanye elula.

I-Bent Housing PDM: Inendawo egobileyo engaguqukiyo (umz., 1°, 1.5°, 2°) yokulawula kwicala.

I-Hybrid Turbine-PDM: Idibanisa i-RPM ephezulu (i-turbine) kunye ne-torque ephezulu (PDM).

 


 

III. Iiparameters zeNtsebenzo ePhambili

Ipharamitha Inkcazo
Isantya (RPM) Ngokwesiqhelo i-100–300 RPM, ixhomekeke kuyilo lwe-lobe kunye nesantya sokuhamba kwamanzi.
I-Torque (N·m) Iyakhula ngezigaba zeemoto (i-stator ende = i-torque ephezulu).
Ukwehla koxinzelelo Ukusebenza kwe-ΔP: 2–5 MPa; uxinzelelo olugqithisileyo lunokonakalisa i-stator elastomer.
Umda woBushushu Ii-stators eziqhelekileyo: 120–150°C; ii-stators ezinobushushu obuphezulu (umz., FKM): 180°C+.
Ukuhambelana kweBit Isebenza ngee-PDC bits, ii-roller cones, njl.njl. (kufuneka zihambelane neemfuno ze-RPM/torque).

 


 

IV. Ukukhetha kunye nezicelo

Ukuqina koBume: Iifomyula eziqinileyo zifuna ii-PDM ezininzi ukuze kubekho i-torque ephezulu.

Indlela Yokuhamba Komthombo: Imithombo ekhokelayo ifuna ii-PDM ezigobileyo.

Ulwelo lokubhola: Udaka olusekelwe kwioyile lufuna ii-elastomers ezimelana neoyile (umz., i-HNBR); Iindawo ze-H₂S zifuna izinto eziluncedo kakhulu.

2. Izicelo eziqhelekileyo

Ukubhola okuthe tye: Isetyenziswa kwiinkqubo ze-MWD/LWD ukuze kuqhutywe ngendlela echanekileyo.

Ukulandelela ecaleni kunye nokusebenza: Ibonelela ngokujikeleza emva kokuphuma kwekhava.

Iimithombo ezinzulu/ezinzulu kakhulu: Ifuna ii-stators ezinobushushu obuphezulu kunye nezinto eziqinileyo.

 


 

V. Ukusilela Okuqhelekileyo kunye noLondolozo

VI. Iindlela Zexesha Elizayo

1.IiPDM ezikrelekrele: Izinzwa ezidityanisiweyo zokujonga i-torque/ubushushu/ukungcangcazela ngexesha langempela.

2.Izixhobo Eziphambili: Iirotha ezifakwe i-nanocoated, ii-elastomers ezingama-200°C+ ngaphezulu.

3.Iinkqubo zeHybrid: Iindidi zePDM + zeturbine zeefomyula ezintsonkothileyo.

 

I-Landrill inokubonelela ngeentlobo zeemoto zodaka (PDMS) ezisemgangathweni ophezulu. Ukuba unjaloUkuba unomdla kubo, nceda uzive ukhululekile ukunxibelelana nathi. Singakuthumelela iinkcukacha ezithe vetshe.
